I had a pleasant experience working with Stan Nakano. He was patient and fair in discussing price and terms and conditions of the sale. On the day of pick up he made sure all the paperwork was in order and was patient and fair in discussing price and terms and conditions of the sale. NOT happy with their service from the very beginning . And this is a review after 1 year of having a car. 1) After I bought a car and wasn't able to figure out how to detach bottom parts of a back seats . And this is a review after 1 year of having a car. 1) After I bought a car and wasn't able to figure out how to detach bottom parts of a back seats, they first of all told me it's impossible. After a while of arguing with me, they pulled some "secret" technical document and threw it in my face, refusing to show me how to do that. I got pissed and called a manager so he forced one of those rude lazy employees to show it to me. And voila, it appeared that all seats in SUV are detachable, what a surprise!! 2) SLOW in everything you ask them to do. Front desk person uses a phone for personal needs. 3) Inquiries over the phone are EXTREMELY IRRITATING!! You have to go through at least 2 ladies, who have no idea what do they do out there, saying (or probably reading a premade answers like online bots) one things and if you call back after 5 mins, they say different, opposite things and refusing the fact they told me something else first time. Really??? 4) Got a "A1 required" on the dashboard, and she said I can do A&B at the same time, which I clarified several times and she confirmed that. I hung up the phone, saying I need to call back later to check my schedule, next time I called, she says I can't do both A&B, but only A or B. So I've asked what is her problem to do both even if there is no B sign flashing, I'm paying for it and you should respect what I ask, because it most likely will ask me to do B in a week or so, so I can save time and do it earlier. But she kept reading me premade answer over and over again, ignoring the question, until she got tired and transferred to a man, who was able to talk to me by his own. Yes, if you can't talk to customer, keeping the logical conversation, but reading stamped answers instead, - you should find another job, girl! I'm thinking to switch the dealer in near future. You have deserved a solid 2 stars. More
