It was a pleasure doing business with Infiniti of Hoffman Estates and Joel Gappa. I had an amazing experience from the moment I stepped foot in the dealership. I didn't have an appointed but was greeted immediately with a warm smile and after I confirmed I was shopping for a new Vehic foot in the dealership.
