I ended up calling back a day later and asking for a different sales person. I requested a price on the vehicle which they said they would check with the Mgr. Later that day got a text from original salesman saying price was as listed on web. Don't think they wanted to deal with me anymore because of what I knew.

I just was hoping to get more info regarding a possible cash purchase but responses after the initial question took hours to get and was very, very brief. Called and left a phone message with no response then sent a text with no response. The next day waited several hours still nothing, so I called and just asked for a salesperson. They answered right away and said they would check the price with the Mgr. Later was contacted by original salesman who just sent the web listed price stating that was the price. No discussion, no nothing. I would have been alright with your decision but it should not have taken almost 2 full days and me doing all the contacting to get it. I purchased a vehicle from another dealer who appeared to be more interested in doing business with me.

I highly doubt that anything would be addressed you have the sale and that is your business. Here are my major grievances I came in with exactly the car I wanted and Stan took care of me. Then I had to wait hours for financing and when he first came out had all the extras added and I asked to remove them and what the rate was and the response was “that is what I am working on I had lowered the rate to fit this stuff in” then comes back with still things added and the rate is 5.94% with a 825 credit score. At 3 hours of waiting in that point I take it and will refinance in a couple of months because I just want this to be over with. The dealership is already making money on the cars but individuals are incentivized to add more at the customers expense. If you want to actually address anything I can provide contact information and if anything is actually addressed I will update my review accordingly.
