We wanted to pickup a vehicle here after finding the model we wanted online and were shown a quote on the monthly. Then when we get to the dealership we are given the runaround about the cost. Along with fear and scarcity to try to get us to buy a model that we didn't really want. There was no transparency on anything. We felt like we were getting taken for a ride. I did my homework and asked a lot of questions which Stan didn't like or respond to well. They also don't honor the pricing they show on their website which technically you're supposed to be able to purchase directly from online so that feels like false advertising. Then once we said we weren't going to proceed with purchasing through Pacific and wanted our deposit back, our calls were not returned and we were told they were "very busy" = too busy to help us. We ended up buying from Tony Honda instead and were so happy. Beware of Pacific Honda trying to pull a fast one on you. More
