problem. Nick Howard was my advisor. He gave me a solid explanation of the heating issue, which was a computer problem, not an actual over heating

The challenge is that we have a finite amount of loaners and although we have plenty available for a usual flow of customers; in extreme rare occasions if someone comes in without an appointment or if a service goes longer than expected we might have this challenge.
