Stacia the service advisor has extremely poor communication skills you will not get a call from her about your vehicle. Good luck waiting for a call back you're going to get texts and vague answe communication skills you will not get a call from her about your vehicle. Good luck waiting for a call back you're going to get texts and vague answers to any questions the service manger here is no better and will have no answers. Don't believe me read every service review this department has all the same thing. And as soon as you disagree they will screen the calls and not return any messages you leave. Fortunately only way I got my issues resolved was through the general manager here a true gem only wish the service department had the same level of guest service or competence. My advice find another dealer until they replace the service manager and start holding this team accountable for how they treat the people they are supposed to serve. More

I brought my Range Rover in for service and had the absolute pleasure of working with Stacia. From start to finish, she was incredibly thorough, professional, and kind. She made sure I had everything I needed, got me set up with a loaner vehicle quickly, and kept me updated every step of the way. My experience could not have been worse. Matt in service and the tech slow walked my repair. Matt repeatedly lied to me for two days. When confronted with his inconsistent statements Matt bl Matt in service and the tech slow walked my repair. Matt repeatedly lied to me for two days. When confronted with his inconsistent statements Matt blamed the technician. Now without Bobby Wendler in the service dept, and Herb Chambers oversight, the service dept is devoid of knowledge and integrity. Stacia noticed I had been left waiting for 3.5 one day and still had to come back the next day. Stacia sincerely inquired if she could assist in any way. If I ever come back again, it will only be because of Stacia. Of note, when I came in the second day, Matt had already spoken to Craig, the service manager. From Craig's glowering glare I ascertained it would be Sisyphean to try to talk to him. Craig was well aware of the issues and dishonesty yet it apparently was fine with him. Who in their right mind would use a vehicle service department they no longer trust? After 15 years of exclusively Land Rover Sudbury patronage, I am done. More

It was absolutely awful! I will never buy another vehicle from Herb Chambers. There is a systemic problem with my car windows and they charged $1500 in labor to replace a $2 I will never buy another vehicle from Herb Chambers.
