Our intentions were to simply test drive a Porsche Panamera to see if I would be moved enough to trade a 2019 MB CLS-450 with AMG Package. I was apprehensive, anxious but when my first ever Porsche arrived, ooooooooweeeeee all my fears and concerns were out the door! Communication: Always responsive, answered my questions, sent me extra pictures on request, and even service records. YES, even service records. Worked with me further, since I had my own financing. Professionalism: ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS spoke to me with decency, and genuineness, that all other folks in sales should emulate. Even his emails were polite. Action: Always sprung into action with my every request, and kept me updated on how things were going. In summary, from all my vehicle purchases in the past (over 20) this was easily the top ranking experience for me.
