I could type a book based on the positive experience I had with Adam as my Porsche Sales Consultant since it was the best experience I've had buying a vehicle and we've bought many vehicles from various m had with Adam as my Porsche Sales Consultant since it was the best experience I've had buying a vehicle and we've bought many vehicles from various manufacturers (9 in the past 15 years). I was an out of state buyer which can be challenging and a bit stressful. With Adam, there was no pressure, all questions I asked he answered, he treated me like a VIP (I'm not), and he took videos of the car even post sale before I flew in from PA. When I was there to do a final inspection, he was more than accommodating. He even provided a google maps route of some twisty roads through the Blue Ridge mountains for me to take. For the record, the vehicle was in better shape than presented (under promise, over-deliver). The dealership feels like a museum with all the high-end cars and it's extremely organized and clean. In addition, the service guy Chris who performed the Carplay install knows his stuff. He's patient, detailed, and likes to chat as much as I do. He even came out to the showroom the morning before I drove home to chat some more and to say goodbye. Karen, the parts manager, same deal, knowledgeable, kind, loves to talk Porsche, and even gave me some printouts on what tires to purchase when the current ones wear out. I'm not sure what the hiring practices are at Porsche Greensboro, but more companies should mimic them. Hopefully someone on the market for a vehicle will read this. Adam mentioned they are affiliated with additional brands so I'll have to find out which, because this will not be the last vehicle we purchased from them. Might be a while, but this is the first place we will look. Doug More
