The salesman was not as well versed (when I spoke to his manager later) as he should have been and it did cost me in the final costs. Know all your options and be well educated to prevent any surprises. The overall sense I have with the facility is extremely favorable and if all it did was cost me a few bucks to get this car... it was still an amazing experience. More

I negotiated with a general manager, Spencer, before going to Roseville to buy the car. Spencer introduced me to Josip, who took my wife and I for a test drive, explained features of the car, went over the manuals and information on service and set up my bluetooth phone system and service alert. He had the car washed, filled it with gas, and made sure that everything I was supposed to get with the car was there. What made this enjoyable was the courteousness of Josip at every step of the process. He made the process fun, something I thought I would never say about buying a car. The entire process, from my first contact with Spencer to working with Josip was incredibly smooth and quick. Kudos to Spencer, Josip, and Roseville Hyundai. More
