Wonderful Staff at Roseville Hyundai! I purchased a new Tuscan Sport from Roseville even though I live in Hawaii. They had the car in the color I preferred and sent me pictures to confirm. They also participate in USAA's Car Buying Program which gave me additional discounts. So fare, I have still spent less, including shipping, rather than buying from a local dealership. Everyone I have spoken with or dealt with has been friendly, communicative and very helpful during my unique car buying experience. More

0 stars. I was mistaken when I stated the salesmen were nice. They sold me a broken vehicle, promised me they would call me with updates, then didn't. Sales managers are rude We purchased and love our 2020Santa Fe. Unfortunately we will never deal with a dealership owned and operated by Chris nor work with sales managers J We purchased and love our 2020Santa Fe. Unfortunately we will never deal with a dealership owned and operated by Chris nor work with sales managers Joey or Spencer. The owner and sales managers are rude and obnoxious. We were assured by Spencer he Would work with the dealership on an issue that remained (although we had signed the purchase contract) before we came back to pick the car up, which was still in transit. TO NO AVAIL. Not only did he refuse to honor his prior statement, while we were there he went to the owner and returned with a flat out NO. Joey, Spencer’s boss stepped in and became even more rude and loud and said we owned the car and they had no interest in resolving the issue. Joey continued with, you signed the contract. If you don’t want the car, you will end up losing your down payment and if I have to take you to court I will and will ruin your credit. All the while, Chris, the owner, sat behind the counter, listening but unwilling to come out and say anything at all to us. Bottom line, the vehicle is great, but the dealership will never receive our business when it comes to acquiring another car. More

The Best Ever I had stopped by hyundai a few months ago and briefly talked with Jenny. Told her I was just looking and getting some ideas. She showed me around and I told her thank you very much for her time and told her when I was ready I would call her. I called her a few months later to make sure she was going to be in and when I got there Jenny met me right outside the doors with open arms. I was a bit set back (shocked) but returned the hug. I can honestly say I did not know her at that time. From that moment on I felt like I was dreaming. Seriously. Everyone treated me with such respect and didn’t make me feel like I lost my dignity when I left there. I couldn’t of ask for a better experience. When everything was said and done Jenny sat with me and we just talked for a long while. I believe I made a friend at that time. The manager come by and hugged me and shook my hand and said congratulations. I was so overwhelmed with the way everyone treated me. I would recommend this dealer Roseville Hyundai to anyone. This is aging myself but at one point during this time the thought went through my mind. (Am I on candid camera). LOL. That’s how unbelievable this visit felt. I have to mention Patrick and the finance manager. What wonderful people. Jenny is a high energy personable young lady and I would recommend asking for her when you go in. Nobody ever apologized to the date and I saw one of the managers there justifying behavior by argument that I have ben here for 2 hours what am I trying to achieve? so manager Joey thinks that 2 hours is long enough time to justify frustration ? there was other manager Spencer however tried cool down situation appeared to be proffessional but I had made mind to walk away because my kids started crying ! Yes I was there for 2 hours only because I reached early and waiting for family to arrive after I liked vehicle. originally I visited for electric car and later decided to buy SUV. I will advice people to stay away !. More
