Very poor service. Took in vehicle for some lights and couldn’t work with the extended company to get them fixed. They were able to charge me $1100 for brakes though. Mike Rios was the service advisor and was less than helpful. Lazy poor service. Do not recommend. Update - Spencer called promising the world. Agreed the service was poor and that’s not how customer service should be handled. I told them I would be available the week of June 3rd to have the car fixed. Well, today is June 24th and still haven’t received a call, text or email. They really seemed to care, but I think it’s only because I left an honest review. Stay away from this dealership. More

I found the car on Auto Trader and contacted them. I worked with Margo and she is really nice to work with. She took care of what I needed to do and helped me through the whole process. As for th I worked with Margo and she is really nice to work with. She took care of what I needed to do and helped me through the whole process. As for the car. It was a used car and there was some issues but Coulter Infiniti took care of what I needed. They gave me a loaner and also dropped my car off after it was done. Thanks to Spencer the service director for taking care of things. More
