We had an issue with our passenger side door handle that needed replacing. We worked with Jose and Spencer to get the handle replaced by Infiniti. It took a number of trips to the dealer but finally we we needed replacing. We worked with Jose and Spencer to get the handle replaced by Infiniti. Very poor service. Took in vehicle for some lights and couldn’t work with the extended company to get them fixed. They were able to charge me $1100 for brakes though. Mike Rios was the service advisor and was less than helpful. Lazy poor service. Do not recommend. Update - Spencer called promising the world. Agreed the service was poor and that’s not how customer service should be handled. I told them I would be available the week of June 3rd to have the car fixed. Well, today is June 24th and still haven’t received a call, text or email. They really seemed to care, but I think it’s only because I left an honest review. Stay away from this dealership. More
