This time it was during an unprecedented one-two hurricane crisis (Helene followed by Milton) in which Sophie ensured both her customers—and her team members— were supported and cared for by whatever options best suited their needs. She quickly assessed the evolving crisis and was already tapping her statewide (and beyond) dealer network to obtain additional vehicles that she knew would be necessary to help out so many of her customers after Helene’s flooding and Milton’s damaging wind gusts. Her savvy strategizing was key to assisting so many of us in expediting our efforts to receive a replacement vehicle (of the same quality, model and even color!) as our insurance claims were being processed. Her quick thinking was especially prescient given how quickly rental cars became a scarce commodity in the entire Tampa Bay area.
