Then in negotiations, they would agree to the price verbally but then make it a higher number on paper as if I wouldn't notice.

I have a deep Paranoia that I was sold a car that will malfunction soon. Rosco has ‘tried’ to make it right but unfortunately it’s been one disappointment after the other and I’ve been extremely patient. Here are only some of the experiences I had with them.
1. Sold the car with a dead battery which they replaced.
2. I was told the starter of the car going to go out soon by a mechanic.
3. I’m afraid there are potential engine problems that will come up to the surface in the future.
3. My title of the car was never given to the lender. It’s been 3 months.
4. Communication in the company is disorganized and it’s painful to get someone to call me back. I have to hound folks to even get a message across.
5. Was sold the resist all package but never given resist all supplies.

Despite none of my grievances being addressed about my IRA, I had given up on any notion that my initial complaints about the car would be addressed. Frankly because it has caused so much stress and time wasted.
Recently, I’ve received several notices from, my loan holder that they have not received my title. If this does not get addressed by June my interest rate on my car will go up 18%. I bought this car in JANUARY!
Each time I have followed up with more than several calls to both Emilio at IRA Subaru Danvers and left voicemails and Rosco. None of whom have responded to my requests the last month plus - I left a google review publicly where Rosco asked me reach out but never followed up despite my many calls at his number 978 739 8853. I would call every few days at this point. I have called the shop and they have stated that he would get back to me following his travel to texas but it has not happened.
I have checked my log list via my phone provider and it shows that I have called Rosco at least 15 times in the last month.
Today I finally demanded to speak to Emilio where he found that my title was sent to a different financer. He proceeded to say that the DMV had sent it to the wrong address. He proceeded to say that we don’t know why the DMV sent it to the wrong address but it’s out of our hands since you are the owner but I can do you favor and try to figure it out. I am to follow up with the DMV who will accurately tell me why the title was sent to the wrong address which I believe whole heartedly that your location in Danvers is responsible for this.
Please let me know if you trying to right a dealerships wrong is doing me a favor.
Once I brought up the fact that the customer experience emilio stated “I am just trying to get free stuff” when I had originally requested that the battery jump I bought out my own pocket be compensated. Who says that to a customer who made a large purchase?
Which by the way I have not received any type of free stuff despite the stress purchase has caused me. My new car’s battery dying while I was in Maine in a middle of a snow storm and my car insurance had not kicked in yet is not the experience I wanted. Having my car shake while on the highway is not what I want. My car laging in certain scenarios is not what I want.
Frankly, I am tired of this run around! I’ve spent countless hours, missed work and appointments in result of this purchase, IRA’s oversight, and lazy customer service and lack of care. I had been patient many times understanding that people are busy and overwhelmed but 2 months for a title is far too long to get a simple response and a plan of action.
Don't recommend at all!

Kimberly assured us it was and quite curtly told us that she wouldn't sell a car that had an appt. we showed up to be told by rich that there was someone working a deal but, if it fell through, the car was ours. when we returned from the road test, we were informed the car had been sold. the sales managers response? "we're not a holding facility " and regardless of our appt, the person that walked in off the street was allowed to buy the car we were scheduled for. unscrupulous and unprofession

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that the vehicle that you were interested in was sold by the time you made a decision to purchase. But, as the Sales Manager indicated when you first arrived into the dealership…another customer came in to test drive the vehicle prior to your arrival. Since you did not put a deposit on the vehicle, anyone is able to place a deposit over the phone or come in and purchase. As you were debating purchasing, the first buyer knew what a quality car and great deal they were getting and decided to purchase the car. I am so sorry it did not work out for you but we have many cars in that price range for purchase.
I highly suggest that if you find a vehicle you’re interested in, please place a deposit on it so that it cannot be shown or sold. We very much look forward to a future visit and also which you well in your vehicle search.
