I had a truly awful service experience. While Sophia was communicative, the dealership refused to take accountability for a serious maintenance issue they caused. I had multiple opinions While Sophia was communicative, the dealership refused to take accountability for a serious maintenance issue they caused. I had multiple opinions as well as a service record from Groove showing the issue originated in their shop, but they stated their “opinion” about what happened differed and refused ti make it right. I will never bring my vehicle there again and will spread the word far and loud that the service center there can’t be trusted with even a basic task. More

10/10 experience every time I go in for service at Groove Subaru. Service team works quick and advisors stay in communication every step of the way.
