Kevin is great, so in no way shape or form do I want this to be a reflection on him. The finance team has made this a terrible experience. After I unauthorized my credit from continuing to be ran, Jerry Ulm Violated my fair credit reporting rights by running my credit after I already revoked authorization. We have been told so many different things from this company and none of them aligned. I have over eight credit inquiries on my credit, yet the bank that we ended up getting financed through was the bank that I already had with them and was ran on the very first day of us coming into the dealership. So now I have all of these additional inquiries on my account, half of those were not authorized . Kevin has done his best to clean up this mess, but Soony and the finance team need a better process of communication. They also lost the key to our trade in. More

Caleb Charles had my best interest in mind without any pressure regardless of how many times I returned to the dealership. Once my mind was made up, the purchase went by quickly and the finance rep made the appropriate recommendations for my vehicle purchase. It was a difficult decision but the Jerry Ulm crew made it pleasantly satisfying. More
