Carver sold me a car with multiple issues and I brought it to the service department 4 times and they did not fix it. They then told me they are done trying and to take it to Ford. I wrote down a whole review and it deleted for some reason basically went like this. The service department ladys are the only ones in the building that seem to know what there doing. I waited in the lounge area for over 10 hours in the span of two days .They dont know my coverage because they are trying to charge me 3 TIMES.THEY HAD NO IDEA ABOUT MY COVERAGE .They cant get parts in. Customer service are the only ones that dont seen to have there head in there xxx. More
