I had left a 3 star review earlier, because I felt that price for my service was too high. However, Polly from the sales team reached out to me and explained more in detail about the price. They want to pu price for my service was too high. However, Polly from the sales team reached out to me and explained more in detail about the price. They want to put the best parts in your vehicle so it gives your vehicle the best chance to keep running. I understand that things are pricey these days. That being said, I’m not saying that this place isn’t a good place to go for vehicle service. It’s just not feasible for me financially at this moment. I appreciate being reached out to. They are very kind people. I would recommend this dealer if you’re looking for a responsive sales and service team. They’re very good at what they do. More

Too expensive for small jobs. Very nice staff and very responsive. I would recommend them if you want good customer service and you have deep pockets. Very short and rude. Was not even able to talk to a salesperson because the receptionist was rude and just said they were busy with customers. I told her I called the day before and nobody called me b salesperson because the receptionist was rude and just said they were busy with customers. Wasn't left feeling unimportant! I had only seen a sticker or 2 saying WowWoody in the past year and thought, that's silly! Then I began a search for a Chrysler Pacifica van, after d I had only seen a sticker or 2 saying WowWoody in the past year and thought, that's silly! Then I began a search for a Chrysler Pacifica van, after deciding my Volvo XC90 wasn't fitting 3 and soon to be 4 grandchildren very well. I looked into one in Cameron, but it was already sold. I increased my search area and came upon one located at Woody's in Chillicothe. I sent a message via email that I was interested to test drive and instantly received a message back from Scott Cooper (Scoop) stating they were currently closed for the holiday weekend, but would check on availability upon their return on Tuesday. Tuesday morning, I received a message that the van was still available and would I like to take a closer look? I had also located a few others on the lot and sent the info to Scott. He called me and we set up an appointment to drive on the same day. He was very accomodating and honest on the phone about the dealership being busy and walk-ins being frequent. We set a time and upon my arrival was welcomed by staff and informed that Scott was still with his earlier customer. Close to the appointment time I was met by Scott and he had the van ready for me to test drive. I was able to drive my first and second choice, by myself, and knew I wanted my first choice. Scott was so honest and helpful, I could tell he was a man of integrity. He moved my request and trade in up the line and I then worked with Jeff to agree on trade in and warranty coverage. This was a no haggle, best price (no dickering, just honest pricing) and pleasant interaction that I had with all employees. My grandson was with me and recognized with offers of suckers and drinks. We were never made to feel there were more important clients there, or we were just another number. During my 3-4 hours in the dealership, I saw a consistent revolving door of clients looking, test driving, purchasing and overheard people there from St. Louis, Oklahoma, locally; and I had driven 70 miles one way. I'm so happy with my purchase and experience - this was my first "brand new" vehicle purchase, and it went so smoothly. Thanks Woody's and Scott, you've got a loyal customer out of me now. More

We found our vehicle online and had numerous prompt communications via phone and email before we made the trip. We knew exactly what we were getting, and the no haggle/no hassle pricing was spot on. Once we arrived at the dealership, Polly and Royce were efficient, friendly, and helpful. The entire experience was easy, quick, and completely painless! We would not hesitate to make that drive again for another vehicle, and will highly recommend Woody's to friends and family. It was hands down the easiest car buying experience we've ever had! More

With over 15 years experience in sales & f & I I was top sales & thought this would be a "slam dunk" opposite was true. Didn't have trade or need dealership finance made me feel I was not valued. Plus willing to pay for the delivery to Michigan. Bottom line. . . Buy local from those u know & earned your trust & business. Have family who is management for large dealer network & should have started there, but my specific wants/needs matched your vehicle, 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited, factory official v8. Lesson learned & time wasted . More
