I definitely had a special experience since my dad is the lead technician on the Ford side, and I’ve known the GM and most of the shop since I was a kid, but they really treat all of their customers like family, and care about finding the perfect fit. The no-haggle “Jordan Way” also makes it really stress-free. They make sure you have all of the information up-front, which I really appreciate.
