This was one of the best experience from start to finish. I was from out of town and looking for a very specific car and Sofia and the team got me exactly what I wanted. When the car arrived, I flew to town to pick it up and was delighted by the level of car and hospitality from every single person that I encountered at the dealership. From the person who greeted me, to the finance person- top notch experience. I wish this dealership was closer to where I lived so I could service my car there too! If I am ever in the market for a Lexus again, I would no doubt make the 3.5 hour drive or jump on a flight to Lexus of Pembroke. The experience was that differentiating. 10/10 recommend and thoroughly impressed with the culture and care of this dealership! More
