Very poor administration communication between management/service. Slade our salesman did a fair sales job. Finance dept was professional. No one followed up on the vehicle I was buying to see if it was complete as ordered from GM. I drive 3 hours to find the floor mats were not put back in, only one key fob, and only 2 of the four tires were replaced which Bennie stated the GM told service to replace all 4 tires. I had reluctantly agreed to pay the overpriced amount of $2500 for the 4 tires, TPS and alignment but was really disappointed especially when Bennie said he didn’t think he could do anything but he would try. Bennie was able to talk to the GM and take 600 off of the 2500 which helped. If I had to write the dealership on one to 10, I would give it a five + I would not recommend the dealership to anyone else. I do not like to give bad reviews, but I do not have a choice with this situation because I think this dealership needs to hear the ugly along with the good so you have a opportunity to improve. More
