The 10 speed transmission in my F150 started acting up: hard shifting, lag, .... Brought it to Wayne Ford for a diagnostic service. Turned out the CDF drum failed and the transmission needed to be replac hard shifting, lag, .... Brought it to Wayne Ford for a diagnostic service. Turned out the CDF drum failed and the transmission needed to be replaced, under warranty. Skylar outlined the whole process; from the underwriter to the installation. She was upfront and spot on about the timelines to both source the new trans and install it. I had my truck back in 9 business days. I would like to thank the service technicians who performed all the work. They did a really nice job. The truck drives smooth with no additional rattles or noises. More
