Paperwork was handled as if it were already the 22nd century! My car was ready for my pickup, located in it’s own sterile bay, closed off to the rest of the people at the dealership. The entire process, directed by Sinh Pham, was expedited courteously and professionally. As my family passed by Lexus employees they all greeted us and thanked us for coming. I love my new vehicle!
