Very pleasant buying experience with the team at Boucher and Sina in particular. We stopped in the dealership without an appointment to test drive 2 vehicles. Sina was pleasant, and very knowledgeable about the trucks we test drove. We ultimately purchased a certified Siverado. Financing rate for 48 mos was a pleasant surprise and fair offer for my trade in. Service and parts department have been great, returned with a trim piece that required attention and was addressed promptly. Purchased a bed floor liner and they sourced and installed upon arrival. We came from suburban Chicago to look at a 2018 Toyota Avalon. Very nice vehicle. We were able to test drive the vehicle with the sales person in the vehicle. The only item that I wasn’t pleased with were Avalon. Very nice vehicle. We were able to test drive the vehicle with the sales person in the vehicle. The only item that I wasn’t pleased with were the two marks on the back bumper. Before I came in, I saw the marks on the internet. it looks like someone struck the Toyota from behind. I wished the marks could have been fixed before I came to the dealership I know this would have been hard since this was a Chevy dealership. I enjoyed coming to the dealership and was treated well. I appreciate the hard work from everyone involved with the sale of the Toyota. I would purchase another vehicle from Boucher. More
