The sale team gave me the deal without the add-on charge, but the finance team charged me extra. One the day that I signe contact, no one tell me about the extra change or guide me to the contract. They just have me confirm the personal information and sign. I found out the extra charge when I request them to send me the purchase contract by email. I gave my trust to them because I thought they will make the purchase process more easy and save my time. I learned my lesson, really regret for choosing this deal. I called and wrote email in the past two weeks, let them know that I can provide the proof of agreement with the sales team. So far, no one willing to take care it, very unprofessional. More
