Possibly the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Contacted them to determine availability of vehicle. The first one I wanted had “just” sold although still advertised on Carguru. They asked if there was another I was interested in. I checked their website found another that was unavailable. I then asked them to email me what was available. They had a white ram 2500 4x4 diesel that didn’t quite match what I wanted but I told them I would buy at their advertised price. I asked them to send the paperwork and they said the price will change before we can do the sale. So basically the salesman didn’t need to make a sale at 1600 in the afternoon so he didn’t feel like working. Now they want to sell me the same stock number for 2k more and do not want to honor the deal. I can provide pictures and text messages to support this claim including the new salesman admitting to it. More
