Terrible service department 2024 GMC 3500 SRW…the sixth 3500 from Marty’s over the years. 26,000 miles on the odometer Still under warranty First appointment they diagnosed a clunk in the transfer cas 3500 from Marty’s over the years. 26,000 miles on the odometer Still under warranty First appointment they diagnosed a clunk in the transfer case Made a new appointment for the following Thursday, to have the transfer case repaired or replaced. I told them I needed the truck ready and repaired by Monday morning. I called Friday morning to find out they did nothing. I called later that day and spoke to a service representative. He stated that they were test driving the truck and would phone back in 5 minutes, he never called. Monday I picked the truck up and the only thing they did was top off the rear end fluid. The service rep said he would email a receipt..never did The truck clunks every time I stop and start off. and is getting worse. A new $65k truck should not do this. I fear a breakdown in in the future and want it repaired, I feel that the service department can diagnose problems when you plug in a computer but are helpless to diagnose and repair non computer issues. If a human being actually reads this can you recommend a dealer that has a compatant service dept capable of fixing my truck ?
