Technician may have been overwhelmed with amount of work. It took 2 and half hours to change oil, rotate tire, and check multiple vehicle inspection. The worse thing was the lug nuts were not tightened co It took 2 and half hours to change oil, rotate tire, and check multiple vehicle inspection. The worse thing was the lug nuts were not tightened correctly causing wheels to make thumbing noise. Vehicle was returned to garage and corrections were made.
