I've been using the service department for decades. I've been more than satisfied with the technicians and the service writers. I informed Jenny Fudge that my new Traverse displayed the message to; "service tire monitoring system." Ms. Fudge's response was that the service TMS light may have come on due to a change in air pressure in message to; "service tire monitoring system." Ms. Fudge's response was that the service TMS light may have come on due to a change in air pressure in the tires caused by the tires heating up and cooling down. I do not trust an employee who offers an intelligence insulting response in place of an answer or a referral to someone who has an answer when she does not know the answer. My satisfaction rating on my new vehicle dropped for two reasons. 1. Several trouble codes in the 1st 90 days with no remedy communicated to me. 2. Employees like Jenny Fudge who’ll tell me anything just to move me along without solving the problem(s) with my new vehicle. Shirley Reed did not give the information that she promised and to date has not responded to my emails, which she told me that she would immediately respond to. More
