Today I came in for some finishing touches to my custom black out package and the service department experience was very plush. When I purchased my car I didn’t pay any attention to what goes on in the ser black out package and the service department experience was very plush. When I purchased my car I didn’t pay any attention to what goes on in the service department. Refreshments and snacks along with comfortable chairs was not what I was used to from my previous dealership. I saw Chris and he gave me the same 5 star treatment as if I was purchasing a new car all over again. He was very attentive making sure that I was ok while waiting and even kept me updated on the process so I never had to get up. While waiting on my car I was assisted by Shina. She is awesome as well and helped me with all my questions regarding my warranty. Another great experience at Audi Marietta. More

I went with my wife to the dealership just to see what it would cost to change our car, but the service was so incredible and the conditions so interesting that we couldn't resist making a deal and changing would cost to change our car, but the service was so incredible and the conditions so interesting that we couldn't resist making a deal and changing our car.
