Cherelle could not answer that one basic question that we had such as questions pertaining to the warranty or maintenance of the vehicle we were getting ready to purchase every time we asked her a basic ques had such as questions pertaining to the warranty or maintenance of the vehicle we were getting ready to purchase every time we asked her a basic question, She had to keep going back into the store to ask someone else. She had absolute no sales knowledge what so ever. Every time we had a question she responded with a poor attitude. I came ready to buy with 800 credit score, down payment, and check in hand However, Cherelle was a complete dealbreaker for me. . I would never give her my money. More
