One of the smoothest car transaction experiences I have ever had. I purchased a car from them in less than 36 hours. I worked with Katie and Liz the sales managers along with Sheraz. I happily walked out with a x5 50e for a screaming deal and they were extremely easy to deal with and very transparent. I highly recommend shopping here. Exceptional buying experience. I had an idea of what we wanted and our advisor Sheraz guided us through the options expertly. We never felt rushed to make a decision and Sheraz mad I had an idea of what we wanted and our advisor Sheraz guided us through the options expertly. We never felt rushed to make a decision and Sheraz made himself available as we thought it over, ultimately making the decision to buy. The closing process took 20 minutes and was transparent throughout. When I picked up the vehicle an advisor spent over an hour in the car with me taking me through the operation of all the systems and then setting up the BMW app Overall this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing an automobile. Very happy that Sheraz showed me this x4 m model; after taking a test drive, it was a definite yes. Process for paperwork, registration, and the pick up of the car went smoothly.
