He went above and beyond to make sure that the Subaru care for animals extended my direction as well when I told him about the kittens. This experience was even better than I imagined and I believe that is due in large part to Jacob. He then matched me up with what I feel is even better than what I was planning on shopping for. Ferguson has a sound reputation for me. I have bought the last 3 of the 4 cars I have owned in my life at Ferguson. The last 2 were both Suzukis and were amazing vehicles for me. In my opinion Ferguson strives the best to give high quality at affordable prices and aims for the highest customer satisfaction. This is demonstrated by having employees like Jacob.
