Took SEVERAL (6) hours to make purchase of a used Audi. Sent on my way with NO insurance on vehicle. (I was told that it was already handled as they do in many northern states) Requested a t-shirt, touch- Sent on my way with NO insurance on vehicle. (I was told that it was already handled as they do in many northern states) Requested a t-shirt, touch-up paint, and a 2nd key fob. Received t-shirt, still waiting on the other two items. There was “some” follow-up, but it ended after a few weeks. Salesman was new, and young, and was very nice, but he received no backing from management. Very disappointed as I had worked as a salesman at a dealership up north and we ALWAYS went the extra mile for such minor requests. I guess they only provide top customer service to customers that are purchasing new vehicle! Oh, well…live, and learn, right? More

I drove 4 hours south to 'look' at a car that checked all the boxes for what I was wanting. The car turned out to be just as I expected and just what I was wanting. She made sure I had all the information I needed and answered all my questions. I decided to move forward with the purchase of the car. The finance manager Joe we worked with was able to get me an even better rate than I had with my pre-approved draft, which was great! We finished out all the paper work with Shellie Kull and she made sure I had all the info needed to make the correct choice when it came to service add on's and warranty options. The entire experience that day at the dealership was really great and I am extremely happy with my purchase and the overall process of buying the car. I would definitely recommend purchasing new or used vehicles from this dealership and would absolutely look to use them again in the future. Great Job Audi Stuart!! More

Bryan was excellent. I knew going in that I would have a long wait for the Audi A5 coupe to arrive, but he kept me updated throughout. When the car arrived and I went to pick it up, Bryan spent time explaining all of the features. He even invited me to come back for a full demo. He followed up the next day to see how the drive home went and again a week later. Shelly was also fantastic. She explained the financing and helped me get a fair APR and my payment where I wanted it. She explained the additiona; warranty and service packages very clearly. I highly recommend Bryan and Audi Stuart. More
