First payment and financing came two weeks after closing the deal. Setting up an account with Capitol One was relatively simple. No response was received from the dealership finance person. Closed deal I assume and they received thier money. More

Lack of communication. The general manager refused to speak with me. Even when I brought my car in for service he never came to talk to me to see why I wanted to talk to The general manager refused to speak with me. When I brought my car in for the service they did not identify that I needed a state inspection. They at first did not want to perform it. It does not appear they did the tire rotation. I am hesitant to for them to service my car again. More
