Kimberly Carr and Shelby Krug both were fantastic. Shelby took us on the test drive. Prior to beginning our test drive, she showed how many of bells and whistles on the car worked. She did so in a manner that gave me a real feel on how to manage the information aspects of the car, and engage particular working features of the car. After the test drive, Kimberly kept us moving through the various steps to get the trade-in and final price on the car completed. She then moved us Jamin Workmaster to complete the paperwork on the sale and discuss the vary post purchase car care options and costs. This was the most well-oiled car purchase I have ever made. Finally, what brought us to Lou Sobh Honda was the Honda CR-V itself. We wanted to get a firm price on a really dolled-up Honda-CRV. We had specific demands in terms of exterior and interior color and "nudey-goopers" (optional equipment and capabilities). I was floored to find that you had our exact desired car in stock. I expected to have to wait on a car that you had scheduled for arrival in the future, or perhaps order it. As a final point, Ryan Esloon and Jimmy Harris from the Service Department stopped by briefly to introduce themselves which was important to me to give me a pair of names in the service department to know who to call for future service on the CR-V. Shelby was patient and up front through the entire process. When the car we originally planned to purchase was a color we did not like when we saw it in person, Shelby immediately checked her inventor process. When the car we originally planned to purchase was a color we did not like when we saw it in person, Shelby immediately checked her inventory and found another car in a color we liked and without the extras we did not want. It was a big win. More
