First of all, even though we specified exactly what we were interested in, giving full VIN information and specific features we were interested in, the dealer prepared the wrong vehicle for us.
Communication was excellent before we purchased the vehicle, once we purchased it the situation changed 180 degrees.
We tried to contact Lupe via email after the sale, we got no response. We spoke on the phone with Kyle Ringle, who was somehow familiar with our case, but not fully updated by Lupe, Kyle assured us he will speak with Lupe about our experience. No news from Lupe 2 days after buying the vehicle.
I had a phone conversation with Lupe before coming to the dealership, he was courteous and he gave us one deal, he included an extended warranty at no cost for us, but when we got to the dealership, Lupe was not available and we ended up paying for the extended warranty because the information was not conveyed to the financial department. We understand that people have personal problems and cannot always be on the premises, at the client's disposal, however we appreciate greatly the honesty and were disappointed with Lupe for that.
Shelby, from the Financial department was super nice, which helped alleviate some of the frustration we had, but this does not improve much our experience.
The only reason we ended up buying the vehicle is because it was the only vehicle on a radius of 200 miles form home which satisfied what we were looking for.
We traveled for 2 hours to get to this dealership, if they were closer to home we would have not bought the vehicle.
Unless you are close to this dealership and could come multiple times for discussions, negotiations, finalization of a transaction, we would not recommend them. We will certainly not recommend them to any of our friends and acquaintances who are looking to buy new vehicles and live far from this location.
Regarding the product, we ended up buying a beautiful Chrysler 300, we are Stellantis employees and we stand by our products.
We consider this a very objective review and hope that will help other potential customers interested in using the services of this dealership.

I'm writing in response to your recent experience at our store and with myself.
First of all, allow me to apologize for the misunderstanding we had over the phone. When you first called in and inquired about a Chrysler 300, you spoke with Renee, our BDC representative, and you mentioned to her that you have been in contact with me, but I was clueless. When Renee approached me that morning, stating that I had been in touch with you. I told her that I had not been in contact with you whatsoever. About 1 hour later, you called in and asked for me. I had a great conversation with you regarding a Chrysler 300, not knowing which one you were talking about since You offered $40k out the door, which is significantly lower than your employee pricing. However, we did have a Chrysler 300 that we could work on the price for you. I asked if I could finish what I was doing and call you back, to which you said ok. I worked the deal and called you back. I mentioned to you that I could do a better discount on the unit I was looking at, and I also asked if you bought any coverage when you purchased any vehicles in the past. You told me that you did on the last car, and it was an 8yr/60k mile warranty, to which I responded we also have that coverage, and your response was, great. So with the the warranty would bring the price to what offered. again, not knowing all this time you were talking about the most expensive unit and extremely less then the Employee Price you receive and if we had done that deal we would have lost over $5000 plus the cost of the warranty. Also, I was not at the store and I couldn't reach you since I was at a Wake and Funeral as I mentioned to you on the call and not to worry because our Finance Director will have all you need.
We did provide you with a price for the warranty, but it was not given to you at no cost or included in the deal. We understand that there may have been some miscommunication during our conversation, and we apologize for any confusion that may have occurred.
Furthermore, we understand there was a misunderstanding regarding the vehicle you were interested in purchasing. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we will work to ensure that such misunderstandings do not occur in the future.
Please do not hesitate to contact us with further questions or concerns regarding your purchase. We value your business and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

Hello Lupe,
you are absolutely right about me talking first with Renee. I mentioned to Renee that I contacted you VIA EMAIL using the dealership's website. If you go to your dealership website, click on the "About Us" link, then "Meet Our Stuff", then click on your picture, you get to a page that has details about you and also a section to contact you. That is where I put all the details first.
The reason I contacted You is because You are the manager and You have the highest review rating.
You are also right that you called me and we had a great conversation. However you miss to mention that I gave you the exact VIN and exact description of the vehicle we were interested in. I wasn't talking about A Chrysler 300, I was talking about a specific Chrysler 300.
You asked if we own other Chrysler products and if we got additional warranty on the product and I mentioned that the answer is yes, AND at that moment you said that you "can throw an extended warranty, which is normally $2800, at no additional cost for us".
One thing I do during ANY phone conversation is I take notes, so I can remember details. I also appreciate honesty and integrity. I will let the readers decide whether these qualities were present in this case.
