Does not value customer loyalty or satisfaction. Brought vehicle in 3 separate times and told them transmission was slipping and jerking. Repeatedly said nothing was wrong. After an expensive tow back to the dealership, I asked for a loaner car since I had been buying from them for over 25 years.
