Shelby was the reason for us to do the business with Lou Sobh Honda. She was extremely polite and interested in learning about our requirements. We are glad that we met Shelby who not only helped us clinch this very late last minute but she also stayed very late in the office to facilitate the deal. She is the best and we would highly recommend her. This is our 5th new car in last 10 years, and we can say with high confidence that Shelby is making Lou Sobh an exceptional place for car buyers.
