Overall, we are very pleased with the purchase of our  Ridgeline. The process took quite a long time to get to a fair price and trade in offer. There really was no need for the time to be wasted if the of Ridgeline. The process took quite a long time to get to a fair price and trade in offer. There really was no need for the time to be wasted if the offers upfront were remotely fair. After being told we would under pay for the new car and they would over payment for our trade in offer, it was many, many hours to get to even close to that point. We worked with some good people and were pleased with them. We recently purchased a car from this dealership about 6 months ago, as well. We came back to this dealership because of the amazing experience we had at that time with the dealership as a whole. From Kevin to Ray to Wade in the parts department and Emily was our 1st contact and she really is the one that got us in. I would highly recommend this dealership and will go to them for a 3rd time when we are ready to purchase another car in the spring. They make things good, if they are not. Their customer service is fantastic, and they truly seemed concerned about pleasing their customers. More
