Best Service expert I ever had, gets things done and uses his expertise to gauartee satisfaction with repairs. For the 45 years that I have owned vehicles I have never had such great service that I recently experienced at Ocala BMW. The level of hospitality the moment we walked into the dealership, to a casual conve had such great service that I recently experienced at Ocala BMW. The level of hospitality the moment we walked into the dealership, to a casual conversation with Wheatley our Sales Agent, to the impeccable waiting area with well stocked treats, to the professionalism of the level of service was beyond expectations. The service team that worked on my vintage BMW were great. Sheik (advisor) and Cosmo (technician) had to deal with hard to find parts and parts that were not available, but persevered and returned the great.
