I was looking to buy my seventh explorer. My requirements were white with a tow package. I went to four different Ford dealerships, and Wayne Akers said they had to one was the general manag My requirements were white with a tow package. I went to four different Ford dealerships, and Wayne Akers said they had to one was the general manager‘s wife’s car that’s being traded in and it would be certified preowned and even though they have animals their animals were never in the car, but when the sales woman Shantell and I put down the backseats, there was three different types of dog hair in the rear I was lied to by the general manager Mike in front of Shantell. Then, when I was looking at the prices I was insulted by Mike. He said maybe I should look at something cheaper then I told him this was going to be Explorer number seven for me.. Shantell promised things that couldn’t be delivered. I was told and expected a new car and when did arrived at the dealership it had over 3000 miles on it . The car wasn’t detailed and I took blue tape and tags off. There’s a defect with the car that Shantell took pictures of and still no answer to it and I would not recommend this dealership to anybody. More
