Plus a chip/scratch appeared on my hood from a truck I just got, regardless if from service or sales- it should be taken care of. I believe I will be switching to Chevy EV asap. DISASTER! More

On June 17th, I came to Wayne Akers ford to buy a used Honda odyssey for a cash purchase. I arrived after 10 o’clock that morning and was unable to leave until after 2:30 PM! I was told the oil had been Honda odyssey for a cash purchase. I arrived after 10 o’clock that morning and was unable to leave until after 2:30 PM! I was told the oil had been changed and it should be good for another 5,000 miles by , Rolando , sales representative The oil had not been changed and don’t believe anything was checked on the van. To my knowledge we were not offered even water during the 4 plus hours. Also, the finance person said I was required to buy theft protection and maintenance for the vehicle. I did not want either and I believe in Florida you are not required to buy either. Honesty and integrity, I think NOT ! I’m an example of honest and integrity, been that way since 1953! This may be an isolated incident, but troubling is this may be their mode of operation. I would gladly meet with the owner or someone who supervises to let them tell me I was treated with honesty and integrity. More
