I am a self proclaimed Mazda enthusiast and started driving Mazda's almost exclusively over the past 8 years. I have owned 4 Mazda's during that time, and 3 of them were purchased here. 4 of them hav driving Mazda's almost exclusively over the past 8 years. I recently purchased a 2023 CX-5, so I thought I would provide some thoughts: Piazza Mazda really does seem to go the extra mile to take care of you. The service prices are competitive. Mazda will stand behind their products. I've had a few recalls on my vehicles, and some other issues covered under warranty. These repairs were very fast, and never disruptive to my schedule. One of the repairs was pretty major, but covered by Mazda even though it was slightly over the warranty period. I was expecting a 1-2 week repair time, but they got it done and returned it to me in 3 days. So, I know the service manager and the local Mazda reps will work to provide a little extra peace of mind in some cases. As for the sales experience: It couldn't be more pleasant. I worked with Kaitlyn the last 2 times. She gets 5 stars too. If you have made all the decisions about what you want in advance, the paperwork will be ready, and you can be in and out in less than an hour. If you want to take longer and get to know your new car, they will sit with you as long as you want. It's also worth noting that after many weeks of deliberating between a CX-5 and CX-50, my wife settled on a CX-5 in what is probably the least available color. I told them what we wanted, and Kaitlyn found the exact trim/color and had it on site within a week. Stellar experience from start to finish. More
