I recently bought this vehicle about a month ago after doing extensive research. I love the car. The radio was built for access without much reach, and that huge screen it offers without a navi. So i made a trip and droped by Norm Reves Honda to see what used cars they had and met shawn who was a really friendly guy and helped me find a used car with the features i liked . I was really satisfied with his customer service and how he worked with me with my payments. I would definetly would reffer him to my realitives friends He has reallly made my car buying experience better i felt really comfortable with this car . More

My wife and I were looking for an used small SUV, we looked different dealers they wanted us to get an new car (not what we were looking for) pushing a sale on the inventory they had and We Did Not like looked different dealers they wanted us to get an new car (not what we were looking for) pushing a sale on the inventory they had and We Did Not like, we told them our budget and what we were looking for and some of them even kinda laugh, very disrespectful, finally we looked online (cars.com) and found the Jeep Truck that we were looking for in the Norm Reeves Honda Superstore. We got there and George Habib show us the truck, he understood that that was what we were looking for and we liked the condition of the vehicle. We started the negotiation process and Shawn Shahnawaz helped us, another great sales person, we closed the deal with the budget we had and the vehicle we wanted. I don't why Cerritos Honda was not our first stop but here is a list of the dealers we visited and our experience: -Cerritos Ford (Sales person pushing a New Vehicle, had one used but we did not like the model) -Worthington Ford (They had a large inventory but we did not like the condition of the cars, our test drive needed an alignment) -Glenn E. Thomas Dodge Chrysler Jeep (Here the sales guys thought they were too fancy for us, pushing new cars, and they even made fun of our budget) -Boulevard Dealer in signal hill (very aggressive sales guy) Overall our experience with Cerritos Honda was very satisfactory. I just wanted to comment about my recent experience at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore. To be honest, I've always dreaded the notion of shopping for a new vehicle. I anticipated that I would feel pressured a Norm Reeves Honda Superstore. To be honest, I've always dreaded the notion of shopping for a new vehicle. I anticipated that I would feel pressured and that the salesperson would not be knowledgable regarding any questions that I may have. Fortunately for me, I was wrong; the moment I came into contact with the salesperson, Shawn Shahnawaz, I knew that I would have the car shopping experience that I was desperately hoping for. Shawn was very genuine, friendly, and personable. He was very thorough in explaining everything that I needed to know about the vehicle- the history, the features, the mileage, the price, etc. I am giving this dealership a "5" rating because I did not once feel pressured the entire time I was there. When I got around to interacting with the finance manager, Daniel Carmolinga, he was able to meticulously explain the terms of my purchase. He was more than happy to repeat anything that I didn't understand the first time around. Another reason for this "5" rating is because of the vehicle itself. I purchased a used 2007 Honda Accord EX-L (Navy Blue). It is a beautiful car from the exterior to the interior. But we all know that there is more to a vehicle than just the appearance. Well, I am happy to report that the car drives like a luxury car and it is one smooth ride! I feel safe on the road and the vehicle is easy to maneuver. These days, I'm not minding my long commute to and from work! Needless to say, I am more than satisfied with my purchase. The years will go by quickly and before you know it, it will be time for me to purchase another vehicle. There is no doubt in my mind that Norm Reeves Honda Superstore will remain my dealer of choice. Thank you for having people like Shawn and Daniel on your staff and for giving me a "one of a kind" shopping experience! More
