I feel that the service center has gone down dramatically in overall customer service aspect since Zack's departure. I'm have brought both of my vehicles here for absolutely everything for the last 6 years. in overall customer service aspect since Zack's departure. With the decline in customer service and overal shop performance I am thinking seriously about taking my business elsewhere. The shop ruined my wife's engine in our buick. Yes you replaced it as you should have. Now this new engine has done nothing but throw codes and give us problems. We are out the 150.00 dollar diagnostics test every time and some how something that is wrong with the engine which is brand new and input by the shop cost us more money on top of it. It like nothing is actually covered under the 2 year 100,000 mile warranty. Also everttime my wife is in there she does not receive the military discount that used to be applied to both of our accounts on all vehicles. I have been very disappointed with the overall performance and quality of this place with in the last three months in particular. More

The service was great the only thing I wasn't impressed was there was a person in the check in office that was being screamed at by a customer unhappy with what he was charged and no one stepped up to help was there was a person in the check in office that was being screamed at by a customer unhappy with what he was charged and no one stepped up to help them deal with the situation. The employee was in tears and there were 4 other people in the office. No one stepped on to assist they just say there and never even looked up from their phones. More

Have not bought a car from them. But I have used their service department and it sucks. If you want to be scammed out of your money, like the idiot I was, then go ahead and take it t But I have used their service department and it sucks. If you want to be scammed out of your money, like the idiot I was, then go ahead and take it to them. I had been having a check engine light come on and off for over a year now and had taken it into them twice. The first time, they said nothing was wrong. The second time they finally figured out what the “problem” was. Then suggested over $4000 in fixes. Wanted to charge double labor for injectors and spark plugs. When I questioned it they said they would take the spark plug labor charges off if I agreed to do all of the fixes they suggested. Took it to an auto shop recommended by a friend for their honesty and ethics. The check engine light was from a disconnected vacuum hose not my injectors. Something they immediately figured out. Do NOT take your car here for service. More

I'm not very satisfied with the service department. I took my car in just for a good once-over before going on a long cross country trip. They found a 3 significant repairs they said I needed. I only could afford 1, which they quoted me as $799 plus tax. When I picked up my Yukon the total was $950. The service rep said she must have missed a part, $40, and there was a "shop supplies fee that all shops charge" of another $40. I will be taking my Yukon to another shop to have the rest repaired. More
