Shawn Nethercott is not your typical car salesman. He is very easy to work with and listens to your needs and wants. We visited atleast 7 other dealerships in search for the right vehicle and wound up He is very easy to work with and listens to your needs and wants. We visited atleast 7 other dealerships in search for the right vehicle and wound up back at Dean Team! Originally thought I was going to purchase a Toyota, although poor salesmen and bad timing of their used inventory, led me back to Ballwin, to grab a Certified, gently used, Ascent. Nick Ferrario brought me to Dean Team and now I’m hooked! Can’t beat the extra bumper to bumper warranty for 100k miles (although it’s a Subaru so let’s be real, I probably won’t use it)! Peace of mind is what I wanted, and it’s what I got! Thanks Dean Team!! Cheers! See ya in a few years when I need another vehicle for my family :) More

My Dean Team Subaru Volkswagen journey started with Shawn. He is extremely personable and so amazing to work with. Although he isn’t a Volkswagen “expert” - he helped me navigate and explore my options Shawn. He is extremely personable and so amazing to work with. Although he isn’t a Volkswagen “expert” - he helped me navigate and explore my options. Once I decided which Volkswagen car model I was interested in pursuing I began working with Joel. His knowledge on Volkswagens and cars in general is unmatched. And I would know - I went to 3 other dealerships to search out cars. But I ended up returning to the Dean Team because I felt comfortable and taken care of. Their team of exceptional salespeople doesn’t stop there. The manager Richard made sure to let me know that if there was anything I needed that he would be there to help. I so appreciate all those I worked with throughout my car buying experience. I also appreciate Nick who made sure my paperwork was accurate. All of these wonderful people made my car buying experience exceptional! In the future I will HIGHLY recommend the Dean Team. Buying a new car can be a very stressful and difficult experience, but not at Dean Team Subaru in Ballwin, Missouri. Recently I purchased my third Subaru Impreza, and I couldn’t be any happier with the ne experience, but not at Dean Team Subaru in Ballwin, Missouri. Recently I purchased my third Subaru Impreza, and I couldn’t be any happier with the new car and the service the Dean Team provided. Everyone was so helpful, especially Shawn Nethercott. No one pressured me, and people made sure that I got the right car for me. They also gave me a good deal on my trade in. I brought my dog with me, and she had a great time. We came to look at the many used Ascent vehicles that the dealer had in inventory. The sales rep showed us two that we really liked including one in the Onyx series. We loved the black highlights over the c dealer had in inventory. The sales rep showed us two that we really liked including one in the Onyx series. We loved the black highlights over the chrome and began processing a sale for that one. He then mentioned that he did have a new Onyx model and explained that the price was only moderately higher but we qualified for financing at a much lower rate. We asked to see it and he brought it around for us to see. We did some quick math and decided it to be the better purchase option considering the full factory warranty and brand new tires and all. We got a fair trade for our old vehicle, crunched the numbers and it made more sense to us from a feature/benefit and cost expense. We had a great time working with Shawn and signed the deal, going home with our first ever brand new vehicle. The entire Dean Team experience was pleasant and positive. Very happy overall. More
