I unfortuna I've been coming here with the three different Jeep's for six years. I would say that the experience keeps improving and getting better. I unfortunately leased a lemon (that hand nothing to do with the dealership) a few years back and they really took care of me under the circumstances. There was also a little issue when I returned the lease and they forgot to return it to the leasing company for a month, but in the end this didn't end up being an issue and they took care of it. I actually look forward to stepping up to the counter to talk with them. It’s always an energetic, experience. You are totally treated like a friend that just walked in. Lots of people saying hi to you. And I love the friendships that I’ve made with the staff. However.....although there’s a lot of laughter and banter, when it time to do business, they nail it. Professional, to the point, with all the info and explanations you could ask for. Great blend for sure. More
