I actually enjoy the waiting around I really don’t mind one bit going to, and waiting around this dealership while my truck gets serviced. The service staff is awesome! I actually look forward to stepping up to the counter to talk with them. It’s always an energetic, experience. You are totally treated like a friend that just walked in. Lots of people saying hi to you. And I love the friendships that I’ve made with the staff. However.....although there’s a lot of laughter and banter, when it time to do business, they nail it. Professional, to the point, with all the info and explanations you could ask for. Great blend for sure. More

In and out in less than an hour Had airbag recall, set appointment, came in on time. Shawn said could be a couple of hours. They have an awesome waiting area with good free coffee and a deli on site, free WiFi, settled down to get some work done and in less than an hour Shawn came and found me to let me know car was all set. Slight delay, but well worth it. My 2018 Fiat 500X Lounge car was vandalized by addition of water and some foreign liquid into gas tank. Both my insurance company and adjustor they sent out to verify my claim were slow to respond. Shawn Nagle was my service consultant and he kept me in the loop, explaining the next steps, the possible service options. he have me the best case and worst case scenarios. He fixed the car and it runs like a top now! I was really pleased with the service and plan to use Central Fiat for my next six years of service! More

Shawn in the service department is amazing. Shawn has helped me twice now, and both times on these separate occasions, he has been seriously outstanding. He’s professional, prompt, easy to talk with, understanding and gets the job done. He follows through. I went away on vacation and kept me updated via email and text message on the status of my car and was able to go the extra mile to take care of me and my jeep. It is so xxxx refreshing to see someone that wants to *really* help out a customer/client to the leve Shawn helped me. I’m one to give credit where credit is due, and he dealership should be proud to have him. It makes me feel good that I’ve spent money here, because I’ll be taken care of instead of taken advantage of. I wasn’t able to thank him in person, but I seriously am bringing him a coffee and cookie next time I’m in, to thank him!!!! Shawn is the sole reason I’ve speant the extra time writing this review.
