I actually look forward to stepping up to the counter to talk with them. It’s always an energetic, experience. You are totally treated like a friend that just walked in. Lots of people saying hi to you. And I love the friendships that I’ve made with the staff. However.....although there’s a lot of laughter and banter, when it time to do business, they nail it. Professional, to the point, with all the info and explanations you could ask for. Great blend for sure. More

In and out in less than an hour Had airbag recall, set appointment, came in on time. Shawn said could be a couple of hours. Shawn Nagle was my service consultant and he kept me in the loop, explaining the next steps, the possible service options. he have me the best case and worst case scenarios. He fixed the car and it runs like a top now! I was really pleased with the service and plan to use Central Fiat for my next six years of service! More

I’m one to give credit where credit is due, and he dealership should be proud to have him. It makes me feel good that I’ve spent money here, because I’ll be taken care of instead of taken advantage of.
