"Quick" drive in The first service advisor I worked with told me he would call me within the week, instead, I waited two months for a part that was supposed to arrive The first service advisor I worked with told me he would call me within the week, instead, I waited two months for a part that was supposed to arrive within one week. I was also told it would be a quick drive in but instead I waited 3 hours to have my windshield wipers replaced and complete the "minor" fix on my passenger side. For the most part, the service advisors are very nice, but the waiting can be a bit tideous specially when I was told I'd be out in less than 30 minutes. More
